Cascade Highlands is a residential community located in Everett, WA . Residents enjoy walking/biking trails that wind through beautiful wooded park-like settings with views of the Cascades. In addition, Cascade Highlands has a sports/basketball court, and a children’s play areas.  

Cascade Highlands is comprised of 125 residential homes and has a Homeowners Association (CHHOA) that is managed by an elected Board of Directors made up of community volunteers.
